Over the past few months, my older grandchildren have become fascinated with compositing - or rather, watching me create a composite - putting them into scenes that interest them. So one of the boys who loves Daniel Boone enjoyed seeing his face in place of Fess Parker’s portrayal from the old television show, the other, a baseball fan, saw a summer photo of his swing transformed so that he was hitting in a major league ballpark.
This recent visit resulted in a couple of images I thought I would share, just for fun. The first involved the oldest grandson, who wanted his shirt off, and his muscles flexed, for his photo. He received the “MMA Treatment” - inspired a bit by UK photographer Glyn Dewis’ photos, shared by my friend Brian Dukes.

The second photo is his younger brother, dressed (at all times, this visit) in an Army tunic and cap, and usually carrying some type of weapon. He is composited into a WW II bunker.

I enjoyed laughing with the boys as we put together these just-for-fun composites. I hope you enjoy them!
