Our three-day Shenandoah/Blue Ridge Parkway workshop is over, and, by all accounts, everyone had a great time!

We shot sunsets at Ravens Roost Overlook on the Blue Ridge Parkway, sunrises along Skyline Drive in Shenandoah National Park, saw bear and deer, shot waterfalls, and more, including Milky Way night photos! All our non-shooting time was graciously and deliciously hosted by our friends at the Iris Inn, in Waynesboro, VA.

In the photo at right, workshop participants are capturing the last of the sunset at Ravens Roost. There were some very fine captures, so we look forward to sharing some of them soon! We’re also making plans for future workshops at the Iris Inn.
